As the Managing Director for Western Canada, you will develop client relationships and the company’s consulting practice in Western Canada. In addition to your own client acquisition and management, you will recruit consultants, onboard them, and guide them in how to sell and deliver services to clients. Your compensation is based on your personal sales results as well as that of the consultants reporting to you. An exceptional bonus structure is also in place.
You are a happy, persistent, dedicated and outgoing person. You provide solutions to our clients, and you love helping them. You bring the best of experience and knowledge to our clients. Your style is very interactive and visible. You love the challenges, what you do, and the value you bring to clients. Some people would say you’re an outlier.
Being responsible for results in Western Canada, you will report to the Managing Partner.
