What's the "PowerStart Business Building Lab" All About?

The PowerStart Business Building Lab will help you focus on a path to success consisting of the following units. Each unit can be taken as a single stand-alone ... except for the Business Health Checkup, which is a pre-requisite for the other units ... or along with the other units (in any sequence) as a full suite.


  • Business Health Checkup: In an interactive discovery session (one day) with your senior team, our senior consultant will assess your marketing and sales strategy, your financial management strategy, your team management situation, and your operational management, to determine if you can deliver on your business objectives. During this discovery session we will identify specific areas you must enhance to enable your company to succeed with sales revenue, customer acquisition, and profit increase.  This business health checkup is a pre-requisite to the individual units below. Cost: $997, plus GST. 


  • Marketing & Sales Strategy: In a highly interactive session (one day), we will focus on your marketing and sales strategy to determine if you can deliver on your objectives. During this session we will identify specific tasks you must complete to enable your company to succeed with sales revenue, customer acquisition, and profit increase.  At the end of the day you will have an enhanced Marketing & Sales strategy, and a better focus on what you need to do to bring your company to where you want to be. Cost: $997, plus GST.


  • Financial Management: In an interactive session (one day), we will assess your financial management strategy and status to determine what can work better to achieve your objectives. During this session we will focus on specific tasks you must complete to enable your company to succeed financially and with good financial procedures. At the end of the day you will take a way an enhanced Financial Management plan. Cost: $997, plus GST.


  • Team Management: In this interactive session (one day), we will assess your Team Management situation and team effectiveness.  During this session we will focus on specific tasks you must complete to enable your company to succeed with team and time management. At the end of the day you will have an enhanced Team and Time Management strategy. Cost: $997, plus GST.


  • Operational Management:  In an interactive session (one day), we will assess your Operational management plans and procedures to determine if you can deliver what you promise to your clients. During this session we will focus on specific tasks you must complete to enable the Operations side of your company to succeed. At the end of the day you will have an enhanced Operational Management plan and strategy, and a better focus on what you need to do to bring your company to where you want to be. Cost: $997, plus GST.


  • Stakeholder Review & Plan:  In this interactive Stakeholder Review & Plan (1/2-day to one-day), we will review your results from the PowerStart Business Building Lab, and work with you to detail your plans going forward. The objective of this wrap-up session is to ensure continuity of actions, by you, to contribute to the development of a successful and profitable company culture. Cost: No added cost. The cost for this session is included with the other sessions.


  • Whether you engage in all or only some of these Business Building Labs, the Stakeholder Review is included.

A Plan for the PowerStart Business Building Lab

Your senior team is busy. We understand. 


It doesn't all have to be done in contiguous days. If you're doing the recommended full suite ... the Business Health Checkup, plus four discovery days, plus the last 1/2-day or one-day Stakeholder Review & Plan ... let's schedule them over a reasonable period of time. Perhaps one discovery session every week or two.
