The PowerStart "Scaling Smart Business Growth" Workshops focus on the strategies you'll need to be successful in today's world. These workshops are self-directed, by you, on your own schedule. A PowerStart senior partner is available by email, text, or Zoom.

The PowerStart "Scaling Smart Business Growth" Workshops will put you on a path to successfully build your business – or to redirect it.

• Foundation Workshop Session: We’ll ask you – as company stakeholders – a series of self-assessment questions about different aspects of the business and your own preparedness to grow the business from its current state. This will help clarify your thinking and “go forward” strategies.

• The Workshop Sessions: Each Workshop will guide you with specific questions about issues you’ll need to review, and perhaps even reconsider what you’re doing now. Your answers will enable your company to succeed with sales revenue, customer acquisition, and profit increase. Your takeaway from each Workshop session is a list of all the things you need to work on to develop an enhanced growth strategy, and to create a better focus on what you need to do to bring your company to where you want to be.

• Stakeholder Review & Go Forward Plan: After each Workshop session, you will finish up by reviewing your consolidated Parking Lots. Then, you’ll formalize your “Go Forward Plan”. The resulting “Go Forward Plan” is your prescription to successfully build your business to where you want it to be.

Follow-Up Reviews – Monthly & Annual:

• Monthly follow-up: We won’t leave you when you're done. A PowerStart Senior Partner will follow-up with you each month by Zoom for a one-hour progress meeting. The objective is to determine how you are doing working against the “Go Forward Plan”, and what plan modifications may be needed. The senior partner will provide you with guidance as necessary to support your progress. This will be done monthly for a period of eleven (11) months.

• Annual follow-up: In the twelfth month after your “Go Forward Plan” is produced, a PowerStart senior partner will follow-up by Zoom. The objective is to do the final review of your progress against the “Go Forward Plan”, and to identify what on-going plan modifications may be needed. The senior partner will provide guidance as necessary to support your ongoing progress.
